新经济新技术背景下的职业教育战略选择:基于比较的视角 被引量:6

Strategic Choice of Vocational Education Under the Background of New Economy and New Technology:Based on Comparative Perspective

摘要 面对第三轮产业革命,瑞士和奥地利选择了不同的职业教育发展战略,导致两国适应技术进步与产业变迁能力的差别。瑞士在大型企业的影响下,注重技能人才的一般技能培养和技能持续更新,积极推进中等后职业教育的发展和职业教育与普通教育的有机融通。奥地利在中小企业的主导下,专注于专用技能的培养,其中等后职业教育发展缓慢,职业教育和普通教育融通不畅。这对新经济新技术背景下的我国职业教育战略选择具有重要的借鉴意义。 Facing the third industrial revolution,Switzerland and Austria chose different development strategies of vocational education,which led to the difference between the two countries'ability to adapt to the technological progress and industrial change.Under the influence of large-scale enterprises,Switzerland pays attention to the general skills training and continuous updating of skills,and actively promotes the development of post-secondary vocational education and the organic integration of vocational education and general education.Under the leadership of small and medium-sized enterprises,Austria focuses on the cultivation of specialized skills.As a result,post-secondary vocational education is developing slowly,and vocational education and general education are not well integrated. The strategic choice of vocational education in the face of technological progress in the two countries has important reference significance for the strategic choice of vocational education in China under the background of new economy and new technology.
