摘要
为了研究含水室燃气-蒸汽弹射动力装置汽化机理,根据燃气与冷却水的相互作用机制,采用均质两相流模型和重整化群湍流模型及动态分层网格技术,建立了含水室燃气-蒸汽弹射动力装置数值模型。在与实验数据对比验证的基础上,研究了含水室的燃气-蒸汽弹射装置流场结构和燃气与冷却水的汽化机理。结果表明,冷却水的汽化区域主要存在于水室和弯管内燃气与冷却水的接触面上,未参与汽化的冷却水存在"附着"现象;受内聚力的影响,下游喷水孔外冷却水的附着区域逐渐扩大;水室和二级喷管内的冷却水的变化规律与燃气压力变化密切相关。研究结果可为燃气-蒸汽弹射动力装置汽化机理研究和结构设计提供理论依据。
To study the vaporization mechanism of gas-steam ejection power equipment containing water chamber,according to vaporization mechanism of gas and cooling water,mixture two-phase flow model,regroup turbulence model and dynamic zone mesh motion method have been adopted to establish the gas-steam ejection power equipment containing water chamber numerical model. Compared with the experimental results ,fluid structure and cooling water and gas vaporization mechanism of gas-steam ejection power equipment containing water chamber were studied.The results show that the cooling water vaporization areas exist in contact surface between gas and water in water chamber and bend tube.There is an adherence phenomenon with un-vaporization water.For the cohesion affected,the adherence zone down stream water outside spray hole is gradually enlarged.The water variation in water chamber and second nozzle is closely related to the jet flow changes.The research can provide theoretical basis for the vaporization mechanism study and structure design of gas-steam ejection power plant.
