摘要
当前车内有害气体检测方法采用有线设备对非行驶中车辆气体样本进行人工检测,不能做到远程无线实时检测,存在检测结果误差大,可靠性低的问题。根据上述问题,设计基于无线传感器的车内有害气体浓度带电检测系统,ZigBee无线通信模块通过气压传感器和终端传感器节点采集模拟信号和温湿度信号发送给微处理器CC2340,实现对气体监测信息的数控管理;采用ARM通信控制器模块通过控制器接收无线通信模块的气体监测信息,实现对无线通信模块连接设备的把控;一氧化碳传感器测量电路采用ME2-CO一氧化碳传感器实现对车内一氧化碳气体浓度的带电检测;软件采用LABview虚拟仪器设计传感器终端节点程序和协调器节点程序,实现对车内有害气体浓度的精确带电检测。实验结果说明,所设计系统的一氧化碳气体浓度带电检测精度与精密检测仪器相似度高,检测结果可靠性强。
The current method for detecting harmful gases in vehicles uses wired equipment to manually detect non-driving vehicle gas samples,and cannot perform remote wireless real-time detection.There is a problem of large error in detection results and low reliability.According to the above problems,a wireless sensor-based harmful gas concentration charging detection system based on wireless sensor is designed.The ZigBee wireless communication module collects analog signals and temperature and humidity signals through the air pressure sensor and the terminal sensor node and sends them to the microprocessor CC2340 to realize the numerical control of the gas monitoring information.Management;adopting the ARM communication controller module to receive the gas monitoring information of the wireless communication module through the controller,and realizing the control of the wireless communication module connecting device;the carbon monoxide sensor measuring circuit adopts the ME2-CO carbon monoxide sensor to realize the charging of the carbon monoxide gas concentration in the vehicle.Detection;the software uses the LABview virtual instrument to design the sensor terminal node program and the coordinator node program to achieve accurate live detection of harmful gas concentrations in the vehicle.The experimental results show that the designed carbon monoxide gas concentration detection accuracy is similar to that of precision detection instruments,and the detection results are highly reliable.
