摘要
随着人工智能技术的发展,人工智能装备越来越普遍,并从力量编成、装备体系、指挥决策、后勤保障、军事训练等方面深刻影响战斗力的生成机制。这种影响体现在未来战争中,表现为战争模式的改变。为此,我们应该顺应发展趋势,加强理论创新、人才培养,探讨新的军队战斗力转化机制、发展路径。
With the development of artificial intelligence (AI)technology,more and more AI devices have been launched,which will have a profound impact on the combat capacity generation mechanism from the aspects of power formation,military equipment system,commanding and decision -making,logistics support and military training,etc.Such impact lies in that war modes may be changed.Given this,we should follow the development trend,strengthen theoretical innovation and talent cultivation, and explore the new military combat capacity transformation mechanism and development path.
