摘要
肠内营养制剂是患者营养支持的重要组成部分,有效的肠内营养供给可促进肠道功能恢复,维持组织器官功能,增强免疫,减少细菌移位,从而改善患者症状、降低并发症发生率及死亡率,缩短住院时间。随着医学发展,肠内营养制剂的应用将成为疾病治疗的主要或次要方式。本文结合国内外文献概述了肠内营养制剂的优势、组成、分类和选择、添加剂及其给药途径、临床最新应用和展望。
Enter al nutrition preparation is an important part of nutritional support for patients.Effective supply of enteral nutrition ean promote the recovery of intestinal function,maintain function of tissues and organs,enhance immunity,reduce bacterial transloeation,thus improve the patients'symptoms,reduce incidence of complications and mortality,and shorten hospital stay.With the development of medicine,the use of enteral nutrition preparations will become the primary or secondary means for treatment.Based on the literatures at home and abroad,this paper summarized the advantages,composition,classification and selection,additives,drug delivery routes,clinical application and expectation of enteral nutrition preparations, in order to provide reference for reasonable application.
