摘要
地面卸压瓦斯抽采钻井二开套管固井,如何防止水泥浆进入花管段堵塞瓦斯出气通道,一直是钻井施工的重点和难点。老式压盘止水器从几年来实际应用的情况看,止浆效果良好,但也偶有发生二开套管固井时压盘止水器被压穿,导致水泥浆进入花管的情况。针对老式压盘止水器存在的缺点,我们对压盘止水器从止浆材料和限制压缩长度方面进行了改进,取得非常显著的效果,新型压盘止水器的应用,更好地保障了二开固井的质量和地面钻井瓦斯抽采量,极大地推动了地面卸压瓦斯钻井技术的创新与应用。
In the gas extraction drilling for surface pressure relief of well -cementing secondary casing,how to prevent the cement slurry from entering the spent pipe section and blocking the gas outlet passage has been the focus and difficulty in drilling operation.According to the actual usage of the old type of pressure plate water stopper for several years,the effect of stopping pulp is good. However,when the second casing is cementing,the pressure plate stopper is pressed through,resulting in the cement slurry entering the floral tube.In view of the shortcomings of the old type of pressure plate water stopper,We have improved the grouting material and limiting compression length for the water stopper.,and have made a significant result.The application of the new type of pressure plate water stopper has better insured the quality of the second casing cementing and the amount of gas drainage from the ground drilling. That is a big leap in innovation and application of the ground pressure relief gas drainage drilling technology.
