不同工艺对特高压GIL三支柱绝缘子组织均匀性的影响 被引量:7

摘要 为研究特高压GIL三支柱绝缘子组织均匀性的影响因素,采用树脂介电固化监测仪分别对单段和分段固化工艺制得的三支柱绝缘子不同部位的固化度分布进行了测量,并采用超声频谱分析方法对固化度分布进行了验证;对硅烷处理和酸性溶液处理的金属嵌件与树脂材料的粘接性能进行了对比,并对金属嵌件-树脂粘接试样微观组织形态和裂纹扩展形式进行了研究。结果表明:分段固化工艺制得的三支柱绝缘子的组织均匀性差异更小,硅烷处理后的金属嵌件与树脂的粘接性能更佳。单侧弯曲破坏试验表明,采用分段固化工艺和硅烷处理金属嵌件的特高压GIL三支柱绝缘子的破坏弯矩更大,组织均匀性和运行可靠性更佳。 In order to study the influencing factors of structure uniformity of UHV GIL three post insula- tors, the curing degree distributions at different positions of three post insulators prepared by single-segment and segmented curing process respectively were measured by resin dielectric curing-monitor and verified by ultrasonic spectrum analysis method. The bonging property of metal inserts treated by silane and acid solution respectively with resin were compared, and the microstructure and crack propagation of the metal insert/resin bonding samples were studied. The results show that the difference of structure uniformity of the three post insulator prepared by segmented curing process is smaller, and the bonding property between the metal inserts treated by silane and resin is better. The unilateral bending failure test results show that the failure moment of UHV GIL three post insulator prepared by segmented curing process with silane treated metal insert is greater, and the structure uniformity and operation reliability are better.
