摘要
介绍多梳拉舍尔经编机的基本结构以及产生振动与噪音的原因,使用便携式振动测试仪与便携式噪音测试仪,测试RSJ59/1B经编机在3种不同转速下运行时的振动与噪音。经测试数据分析可知,经编机油箱的主电动机安装位置与机头墙板安装位置振动最大,设计时可以适当增加上述位置的刚度,以减少油箱的振动。此外,油箱主电动机传动与张力补偿机构的噪音是整个经编机噪音的重要组成部分,通过减少这两处的噪音可以降低整机的噪音。
The basic structure of the multi-bar raschel warp knitting machine and the causes of vibration and noise are introduced.Vibration and noise of RSJ59/1B warp knitting machine running at three different revolution speeds are tested by using portable vibration tester and portable noise tester.Through the test data analysis,it shows that the installation position of the main motor and the installation position of the head panel are the most vibrant position of the oil tank.In order to reduce the vibration of the oil tank,the stiffness of the above positions should be increased appropriately.In addition,because the noise of the transmission of the main motor and the noise of tension compensation mechanism are the most important parts of the noise,the noise of the whole machine can be reduced by reducing the noise of these two positions.
