摘要
研究废轮胎胶粉在自粘聚合物改性沥青防水卷材(自粘卷材)中的应用。结果表明,采用活化度为50%、粒径为250μm胶粉可作改性剂用于制备满足国家标准要求的自粘卷材,卷材适宜的配方:沥青100,胶粉24,苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物(SBS) 6,芳烃油12,滑石粉60。活化胶粉中的小分子组分与相容剂、线性化大分子橡胶组分及甲苯不可溶物与SBS作用机理类似,这3种组分可共同替代传统自粘卷材中的相容剂、胶粉及部分SBS,即采用活化胶粉可制得综合性能优异的防水卷材。
The application of waste tire rubber powder in the self adhered polymer modified asphalt waterproofing membrane was studied. The results showed that,the rubber powder with 50% activation degree and particle size of 250 μm could be used as the modifier to prepare waterproofing membrane to meet the requirements of the national standard. The optimum compositions of waterproofing membrane were as follows:asphalt 100,rubber powder 24,SBS 6,aromatic oil 12,and talc powder 60. The small molecule components in the activated rubber powder could play the role of compatibilizer, and the linear macromolecular rubber components and toluene-insoluble substances provided similar effect of SBS. Therefore,the activated rubber powder could replace compatibilizers and most of SBS in the self adhered membrane. As a result,the waterproofing membrane possessed excellent comprehensive properties.
