摘要
目的探讨贝那普利联合美托洛尔治疗老年原发性高血压并心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法选取新乐市医院2015年2月—2017年2月收治的老年原发性高血压并心力衰竭患者88例,采用分层随机法分为对照组和观察组,各44例。两组患者均给予常规抗心力衰竭药物治疗,对照组患者在常规治疗基础上给予贝那普利治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予美托洛尔治疗,两组患者均持续治疗6个月。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后舒张压、收缩压、心率,并观察两组患者治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者舒张压、收缩压、心率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者舒张压、收缩压、心率低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论贝那普利联合美托洛尔治疗老年原发性高血压并心力衰竭的临床疗效确切,可有效降低患者血压及心率,且安全性较高。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of benazepril combined with metoprolol in the treatment of elderly patients with essential hypertension complicated with heart failure.Methods A total of 88 cases of elderly patients with essential hypertension complicated with heart failure were selected from February 2015 to February 2017 in Xinle City Hospital,which were divided into control group and observation group by stratified random method,44 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine anti-heart failure treatment,the control group was given benazepril on the basis of routine treatment,the observation group was given metoprolol on the basis of the control group,both groups were treated for six months.The clinical effect,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and heart rate before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the adverse reactions during the treatment period were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant differences of diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure or heart rate between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and heart rate of the observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Benazepril combined with metoprolol have an exactly clinical effect in the treatment of elderly essential hypertension with heart failure,which can reduce blood pressure and heart rate of patients,and with high safety.
