摘要
以苯乙烯(St)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、叔碳酸缩水甘油酯(E-10P)为单体,过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯(TBPB)、过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)、二特戊基过氧化物(DTAP)、偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯(PMA)、二甲苯、醋酸丁酯、醋酸乙酯为溶剂,合成了高固体分低黏度羟基丙烯酸树脂。考察了苯乙烯用量、E-10P用量、引发剂种类及用量、回流溶剂等对树脂性能的影响,并通过色漆进行筛选和验证,确定出最佳合成路线。
The high methyl methacrylate solid content and low viscosity hydroxyl acrylic resin was synthesized based on styrene (St), (MMA), butyl acrylate (BA)and glycidyl versatate (E-lOP)as functional monomers,tert-butyl peroxybenzoate (TBPB),dicumyl peroxide (DCP),di-tert amyl peroxide (DTAP),azodiisobutyronitrile (AIBN)as initiators,propylene glycol methyl ether acetate (PMA),xylene,butyl acetate,acetic ether as solvents.Thd effects of St dosage,E-10P dosage,the type and dosage of initiator and solvent on the solid content of resin were studied. Then further choosing and validation were studied through coatings.At last,the best synthesis coriditions was obtained.
