摘要
目的评价枸地氯雷他定片联合他克莫司软膏治疗特应性皮炎的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月至2018年6月在我院皮肤科门诊诊治的特应性皮炎患者62例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各31例。观察组采用枸地氯雷他定片联合他克莫司软膏治疗,对照组单用枸地氯雷他定片治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、血清因子水平及症状评分。结果观察组治疗有效率为96.77%,明显高于对照组的74.19%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后IL-4、IL-10、IL-13及IFN-γ水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗4周后的SCORAD症状评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论枸地氯雷他定片联合他克莫司软膏治疗特应性皮炎的疗效显著,能有效抑制相关细胞因子水平,促进症状持续缓解,具有积极的临床意义。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of indomethacin tablets combined with tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of atopic dermatitis.Methods A total of 62 patients with atopic dermatitis who were diagnosed and treated in our dermatology clinic from January 2018 to June 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 31cases in each group.The observation group was treated with indomethacin tablets combined with tacrolimus ointment,and the control group was treated with indomethacin tablets alone.The clinical efficacy,serum factor levels and symptom scores of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 96.77%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (74.19%)(P<0.05).The levels of IL-4,IL-10,IL-13 and IFN-γ in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,P<0.05).SCORAD symptom scores in the observation group after 4weeks of treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of indigo loratadine tablets combined with tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of atopic dermatitis is significant,can effectively inhibit the level of related cytokines,and promote the sustained relief of symptoms,with positive clinical significance.
