摘要
某公寓式办公楼工程采用框支剪力墙结构体系,为转换层层数及建筑高度超限的高层建筑结构。构造设计时应提高截面承载力、结构延性及结构抗倒塌性能满足计算要求,结构的刚度与变形特性满足规范限制要求,该建筑可满足"小震不坏、中震可修、大震不倒"的抗震设防要求。
This apartment building adopts frame-supported shear wall structure system,which is a high-rise building structure whose floor number and building height exceed the limit.In the structure design,we should improve the section bearing capacity,the structure ductility and collapse resistance can meet the calculation demand,and the stiffness and deformation characteristics of the structure can meet the specification limitations.The building can meet the earthquake fortification requirements of "small earthquake is not bad,medium earthquake can be repaired,big earthquake can not fall".
