摘要
目的:观察疏肝补肾汤联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床疗效。方法:将PCOS患者86例随机分为2组各43例,对照组采用炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗,观察组采用炔雌醇环丙孕酮片联合疏肝补肾汤治疗,2组均以21天为1疗程,共治疗3疗程。观察2组治疗前后卵巢体积、子宫内膜厚度,检测睾酮(T)、黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1 (MCP-1)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、晚期氧化蛋白产物(AOPP)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AT-Ⅱ)、脂联素等水平变化;记录患者治疗后排卵、妊娠情况。结果:治疗后,观察组患者子宫内膜厚度厚于对照组,卵巢体积小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者T、LH、FSH水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者GSH-Px、脂联素水平高于对照组,MCP-1、AOPP、AT-Ⅱ水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后观察组患者排卵率、妊娠率均高于对照组,但组间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论:疏肝补肾汤联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗PCOS可缩小卵巢体积,降低性激素、MCP-1、AT-Ⅱ水平,减轻氧化应激反应水平,从而促进排卵。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Shugan Bushen tang combined with cyproterone acetate tablets for polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Methods:Divided 86 cases of patients with PCOS into two groups randomly,43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with cyproterone acetate tablets,while the observation group was treated with cyproterone acetate tablets combined with Shugan Bushen tang. The two groups received treatment for three courses,21 days being a course. Observed the volume of ovarian and endometrial thickness, detected the changes in levels of testosterone (T), luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),advanced oxidation protein products(AOPP),angiotensin Ⅱ(AT-Ⅱ) and adiponectin before and after treatment in the two groups,and recorded the ovulation and pregnancy of patients after treatment. Results:After treatment,endometrial thickness in the observation group was thicker than that in the control group,and the volume of ovarian was smaller than that in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05). After treatment,levels of T,LH and FSH in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant (P<0.05). After treatment,levels of GSH-Px and adiponectin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, while levels of MCP-1,AOPP and AT-Ⅱ in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, differences being significant(P<0.05). After treatment,the ovulation rate and the pregnancy rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,but no significant difference was found in the comparisons of the ovulation rate and the pregnancy rate between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of Shugan Bushen tang combined with cyproterone acetate tablets for PCOS can reduce the volume of ovarian,decrease the levels of sex hormone,MCP-1 and AT-Ⅱ and relieve the oxidative stress reaction,so as to promote the ovulation.
