桃金娘籽油理化指标及成分分析 被引量:3

摘要 采用ASE萃取法从桃金娘籽中提油,并对油脂理化指标、脂肪酸组成及营养成分进行分析。结果表明:桃金娘籽含油率为7. 5%;桃金娘籽油的相对密度为0. 915 6,折光指数为1. 474 7,酸值(KOH)为4. 426 mg/g,过氧化值为1. 573 mmol/kg,皂化值(KOH)为180. 5 mg/g,碘值(I)为135. 0g/100 g,不皂化物含量为4. 5%;桃金娘籽油中含有16种脂肪酸,以亚油酸、油酸、硬脂酸和棕榈酸为主,不饱和脂肪酸占85. 837%,饱和脂肪酸占14. 175%;桃金娘籽油中还含有丰富的菜籽甾醇、菜油甾醇、β-谷甾醇、α-生育酚、玉米黄质等营养物质。 The extraction of oil from myrtle seeds by ASE extraction method was studied,and its physicochemical index,fatty acid composition and nutrient composition were analyzed. The results showed that the oil rate of myrtle seed was 7. 5%. The relative density,refractive index,acid value,peroxide value,saponification value,iodine value and unsaponifiable matter content of the myrtle seed oil were 0. 915 6,1. 474 7,4. 426 mg KOH/g,1. 573 mmol/kg,180. 5 mgKOH/g,135. 0 g I/100 g and 4. 5%,respectively. The myrtle seed oil contained 16 kinds of fatty acids,which mainly were linoleic acid,oleic acid,stearic acid and palmitic acid. The contents of unsaturated fatty acids and saturated fatty acids were85. 837% and 14. 175%,respectively. The myrtle seed oil was also rich in brassicasterol,campesterol,β-sitosterol,α-tocopherol,zeaxanthin and other nutrients.
