热处理对05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb钢耐蚀性的影响 被引量:8

摘要 采用极化曲线、交流阻抗谱等电化学方法和慢应变速率试验研究了不同工艺处理后05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb(17-4PH)钢的耐蚀性能,并对显微组织进行了观察分析。结果表明,双级时效态试样的自腐蚀电位最小,自腐蚀电流密度最大,试样的强度最大,但是断后伸长率为7. 1%,断口形貌呈现脆性断裂特征,应力腐蚀敏感性最高,在3种处理工艺中耐蚀性最差。增加调整处理的组织均匀细小且自腐蚀电位提高,自腐蚀电流密度降低,耐蚀性明显优于单级时效态和双级时效态。 The corrosion resistance of 05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb (17-4PH)steel treated with different processes was investigated by means of polarization curves,eleotroehemical impedance spectroscopy and slow strain rate tests.The microstructure was observed and analyzed.The results show that the double aged material has the lowest self-corrosion potential,the highest self-corrosion current density and the tensile strength.However,the fracture morphology is with brittle fracture characteristics,the elongation after fracture is 7.1%,and the stress corrosion sensitivity is the highest.The corrosion resistanee is the worst among the three treatment processes.The corrosion resistance of the steel when intermediate treatment is introduced before aging can be obviously improved than that by single aging and double aging because of the fine microstructure,the increased self-corrosion potential and the reduced self-corrosion current density.
