摘要
文章旨在研究发酵饲料对断奶仔猪和生长育肥猪生长性能和腹泻的影响。本文检索2008年1月至2018年9月期间发表的相关的随机对照试验,用Meta分析计算合并连续型变量的加权平均差(Weight mean difference,WMD)以及95%的置信区间(95%CI)。共有27篇同质文章、126条数据、包括共2 946头猪纳入Meta分析。Meta分析结果表明,发酵饲料能极显著提高猪的ADG、ADFI并降低FCR(P<0.01),但发酵混合原料对ADFI、发酵单一原料对FCR无显著影响(P>0.05);在生长育肥猪上,发酵混合原料和发酵中草药均极显著提高猪的ADG、ADFI并降低FCR(P<0.01),而发酵单一原料对生长育肥猪生长性能无显著影响(P>0.05);此外,发酵饲料极显著降低断奶仔猪的腹泻率(P<0.01)。本文首次运用Meta分析对近10年的同质文献进行合并,从统计层面合理的为今后发酵饲料的研究和猪的生产给予一定的指导。
This study aims to investigate the effects of fermented feed (FF) on the growth performance and diarrhea of weaned and growing-fishing pigs. Related randomized controlled trials were screened from January 2008 to September 2018 and the continuous various weight mean difference and 95% confidence interval were pooled by Meta-analysis. The results indicated that: In weaned piglets, fermented feed significantly increased pigs ADG and ADFI, and notably deceased FCR (P<0.01). However, both fermented mixed feed on ADFI and fermented single substrate on FCR had no significant difference (P>0.05). In growing-fishing pigs, fermented mixed feed and fermented medicine also significantly increased pigs ADG and ADFI (P<0.01), and remarkably deceased FCR (P<0.01), but fermented single substrate had no significant difference on growing-fishing pigs performance (P>0.05). Meanwhile, fermented feed tended to remarkably decease diarrhea rate of weaned pigs (P<0.001). The present study used Meta-analysis for the first time to merge nearly 10 years studies, and it is reasonable to give some guidance for the future research of fermented feed and pig production from a statistical point.
