摘要
为了解决地磁匹配研究中匹配精度问题,针对其关键地磁基准图的构建进行研究。利用一种基于PSO-GA算法的Kriging插值法构建地磁基准图,采用纵向结合法结合PSO算法和GA算法,通过PSO算法对变异函数参数进行优化,迭代一定次数后,对粒子进行择优处理,取较优结果作为产生下一代的染色体,通过遗传算法进行迭代,PSO算法和GA算法交替进行,直至达到规定精度或达到最大迭代代数。对实际测得的区域地磁数据进行插值处理,结果表明采用基于PSO-GA算法的Kriging插值法构建地磁基准图得出的数据更优,上述方法可以有效解决仅使用一种优化算法改进的局限,得到更好的优化性能及全局性。
In order to solve the problem of matching accuracy in geomagnetic matching,,the construction of its key geomagnetic reference map was studied.The construction of a geomagnetic reference map was based on Kriging PSO-GA interpolation algorithm,and using the vertical integration method with PSO algorithm and GA algorithm,the PSO'algorithm was used to optimize the parameters of variogram.After a certain number of iterations,the particles were treated favorably.Taking better results as the next generation of chromosomes,we iterated through genetic algorithm with PSO"algorithm and GA algorithm ahemately,until "it reached the prescribed accuracy or the maximum iteration number.The actual measured geomagnetic data from a specific area were interpolated,and the results show that the data obtained by using Kriging interpolation method based on PSO-GA algorithm are better,which can effectively solve the limitations using only one optimization algorithm and get better optimization performance and globality.
