摘要
目的:通过开展医护药养一体化模式,探索其对鼻咽癌病人口服营养补充(ONS)依从性及其生活质量的影响。方法:将来自本院放疗科就诊的110例鼻咽癌病人,采用随机数字表法随机分为干预组(55例)及对照组(55例),干预组给予医护药养一体化模式进行护理管理,对照组给予常规护理。结果:放疗结束3个月后,干预组病人的ONS依从性及其生活质量评分均高于对照组,且具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:对鼻咽癌病人进行营养管理,医护药养一体化模式起到积极的作用,提高了病人ONS依从性及其生活质量。
Objective:To investigate the effect of multi-disciplinary mode on oral nutritional support (ONS) compliance and quality of life (QOL)in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods:By using random number table,110 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma from Radiotherapy Department of our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The control group (n=55) received routine nursing care,while the intervention group received multi-disciplinary mode.Results:The ONS compliance and QOL in intervention group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05) after 3 months of radiotherapy.Conclusion:Multi-disciplinary mode exerts positive effect on ONS compliance and QOL in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
