摘要
miRNA是生物体内一类重要的影响基因表达的短非编码RNA,miRNA海绵能够通过竞争性结合miRNA,减少miRNA与靶基因的结合,起到调控细胞内miRNA活性及丰度的作用,以调节生物生理病理状态。近年来,随着研究者对miRNA调控机制的广泛关注,miRNA海绵的作用机制也得到了进一步的研究证实。深入了解miRNA海绵功能,有助于挖掘疾病的发生发展机制及生物标志物,为设计疾病治疗的靶向药物提供新策略。
As an important in vivo non-coding RNAs,miRNAs affect the gene expression,miRNA sponge can bind miRNAs competitively,then reduce the binding of miRNAs to target genes.It plays a role in regulating the intracellular miRNA activity and abundance,and adjusts the biophysiological pathological conditions.In recent years,with the extensive attention to miRNA regulation mechanism,the mechanism of miRNA sponges has been further studied.Ttie understanding of miRNA sponge function helps to discover the occurrence, development mechanism and biomarkers of the disease,and provide new strategies for the design of targeted drugs.
