摘要
以水杨酸和乙酸酐作为原料,采用低共熔溶剂氯化胆碱-尿素作为反应介质和催化剂,考察不同反应条件对阿司匹林合成的影响。实验结果表明,在反应温度80℃、酸酐摩尔比1∶2.5、反应时间40min、氯化胆碱-尿素用量1.5g时,阿司匹林的收率达94%。
The influence of different reaction conditions on the synthesis of aspirin was investigated, by using salicylic acid and acetic anhydride as raw materials,and the deep eutectic solvent of choline chloride-urea as reaction medium and catalyst.The experimental results show that the yield of aspirin could reach 94%,using 80℃ of reaction temperature,1:2.5of molar ratio of salicylic acid to acetic anhydride,40min of reaction time,1.5 g of choline chloride-urea dosage.
