摘要
采用浸渍法制备了Ce-SBA-15介孔分子筛,并用XRD、N_2吸附-脱附、NH_3-TPD分析方法对试样进行了表征。结果表明,试样仍保持SAB-15介孔分子筛的介孔特征,Ce改性增加了催化剂酸量和酸强度。在小型固定床反应器上进行了苯酚甲醇烷基化反应,考察了温度、醇酚比、空速对反应的影响。结果表明:Ce-SBA-15具有较好的催化性能,在反应温度460℃、醇酚比4、空速3h^(-1)条件下,苯酚的转化率为66.89%,甲酚的选择性为90.43%。
Ce-SBA-15 prepared by dipping with different content of Ce was characterized by XRD,N2 adsorption-desorption,NH3-TPD.The results showed that the modified zeolite over Ce increased both the strength and the number of the surface acids especially the number of the strong acid.The reaction in a fixed-bed reactor was investigated at the different content of Ce,reaction temperature,methanol/ phenol(molar ratio),and WHSV.The results indicated that at the reaction conditions of the content of Ce was 15%,460℃,methanol/phenol(molar ratio)was 4,WHSV was 3h-1,alkylation showed the best performance and the conversation of phenol was 66.89%,the selectivity of cresol was 90.43%.
