摘要
通过理论分析,厘清了淘宝村发展模式的包容性创新特质及其对我国中西部地区农村发展的战略意义;以国家级67项电商产业政策文本为研究样本,通过内容分析法逐级提炼出国家政策推动淘宝村发展的8个关键着力点,构建了其路径模型图;以宁夏德胜淘宝村为典型案例,对与其电商产业发展相关的41则网络文献进行了内容分析,辨析出推动当地淘宝业务发展的若干关键影响因素。最后,将政策文本分析和典型个案分析的研究结论相结合,对我国中西部地区培育和发展淘宝村提出了路径建议。
The paper analysis the inclusive characteristics of Taobao Village and the strategy significance of developing Taobao Village in Middle-west rural areas.With the 67texts of national level rural e-commerce policies from 2005to 2015,it draws out the 8key elements of establishing Taobao Village and gives the skeleton of routine map.By taking Desheng Village of Ningxia as example,it analyzes the content of 41online documents related to the development of e-commerce industry,and draws some key factors influencing the development of local Taobao business are identified.Finally,by combining the policy text analysis with the typical case analysis, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the cultivation and development of Taobao Village in the central and western regions of China.
