摘要
本文提出在标准体系建设中利用层次分析法来进行关键标准的遴选。以政府购买残疾儿童抢救性康复服务标准体系建设为例,针对标准体系中缺失待制定的标准,沿着"模型构建—矩阵建立—权重赋值"的步骤,进行分析判断,为指导实践急需的关键标准制定排出最佳顺序。
This paper proposes the use of AHP to select the key standards in the standard system.Taking the standard system of the government procurement of disabled children's rehabilitation as an example,there is a lack of standards to be made in the standard system.The paper makes analytical judgement by following the 'steps of "model building-matrix establishment-weight assignment",in order to guide the key standards needed in practice,and draws up the best sequence.
