摘要
职业院校举办职业技能比赛是贯彻落实党和国家关于现代职业教育应用型、复合型、技能型人才培养目标的重要举措,也是显著增强学生职业技能水平、锤炼职业技能核心竞争力的重要途径。通过调查发现,定期举办职业技能比赛已成为常态,举办职业技能比赛有助于育人工作亦成为大众共识,但经费投入、比赛的参与度、比赛与日常教学的融合、比赛的宣传和教育效果等方面仍有较大的进步空间。
The vocational skills competition held by vocational colleges is an important measure to implement the party and state's training objectives of applied,compound and skilled talents in modem vocational education,It is also an important way to significantly enhance students' professional skills and temper their core skills.Through the survey,it has become the norm to hold regular vocational skill competitions.It is also a common consensus to hold vocational skills competitions,but the participation of the funds,the participation of competitions,the integration of competitions and daily teaching,the promotion of the competition and the educational effects still has room for improvement in other areas.
