摘要
消费者越来越关注食品质量与健康的关系。近几年来,全国以农业类院校为主,其他综合性、师范类、轻工类、医学类等高校都相继开设了"食品质量与安全"本科专业。虽然各个学校都形成了一些自己的实践教学经验,但是还存在实践教学目标定位不清晰,实践教学效果不佳、教学过程形式化、重理论轻实践、教学中"工"与"学"相脱离等现状。根据我院实际情况,从实践教学队伍和实践教学条件的优化到实践考核体系的编制、实施、监督等一系列方面入手,制定符合农牧类应用型特色的人才培养方案。创新采用"实践+论文"的导师制教学方式,采用"人才培养+社会服务+企业服务"的校企产学研合作模式,建设符合农林院校的食品类专业实践教学体系的建设目标。
Consumers are paying more and more attentions to the relationship between their health and food quality.In recent years,the agricultural and forestry colleges and universities,comprehensive normal light industry as well as medical universities have already established "food quality and safety"undergraduate specialty.Although each of the colleges and universities has generated their own practice teaching experience,there are still a lot of problems such as the unclear practice teaching goal, moderate practice teaching effect,formalized teaching process,limited practice,less relation of "work"and the "study"and so on.According to the actual situation of our college,we had formulated the talent training program that met the characteristics of agriculture and animal husbandry.It involved the optimization of practical teaching teams and practical teaching conditions. The compilation,implementation and supervision of the practice assessment system were emphasized in the program.The innovation adopts the teaching method of "practice +thesis"and the cooperative model of"talent training +social service + enterprise service",which is in line with the goal of building the professional practice system in agricultural and forestry colleges.
