肠道轮状病毒感染患儿血清中IL-17、IL-23、HMGB1和IgA水平表达及临床意义 被引量:1

Level Expressions of IL-17,1L-23,HMGB1 and the IgA in the Serum of Children with Intestinal Rotavirus Infection and Their Implication

摘要 目的探讨肠道轮状病毒(rotavirus,RV)感染患儿血清中白细胞介素17(interleukin-17,IL-17)、白细胞介素23(interleukin-23,IL-23)、高迁移率蛋白1(high mobility group boxl,HMGB1)及免疫球蛋白A(immunoglobulin A,Ign)水平表达,分析其在RV感染诊疗中的应用价值。方法收集2016年11月~2017年10月来深圳市龙华区人民医院儿科门诊或住院部就诊的RV感染患儿172例为RV组,选择同期健康体检儿童120例为对照组,分别检测RV组治疗前、治疗后及对照组血清中IL-17、IL-23、HMGB1及IgA水平表达,对检测结果进行统计分析。结果RV组患儿血清中IL-17、IL-23、HMGB1及IgA水平分别为(209.54±51.25)pg/ml,(153.62±39.06)pg/ml,(37.25±1.32)μg/L及(7.16±1.64)g/L,明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.903~10.928,P<0.05);RV感染患儿治疗后血清中IL-17、IL-23、HMGB1及IgA水平分别为(83.50±21.28)pg/ml,(64.57±22.65)pg/ml,(18.34±0.85)μg/L及(3.51±1.07)g/L,明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(t=4.816~7.082,P<0.05);RV组感染患儿治疗后仍高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(t=1.032~1.715,P>0.05)。结论IL-17、IL-23、HMGB1及IgA水平在RV感染患儿血清中呈显著性高表达,而在Rv恢复期明显降低,与Rv感染的发生和转归过程有密切关系,这些指标对探索RV致病机制和/或治疗药物的研发可能有一定参考价值。 Objective To examine the expression of interleukin 17(IL-17),interleukin 23 (IL-23),the high mobility group boxl (HMGB1)protein and immunoglobulin A (IgA)in ser-um of children with intestinal Rotavirus (RV)infection and analyze its value in the RV diagnosis.Methods Subjects in RV group were 172children with RV infection who sought medical care in our pediatric outpatient or inpatient department of Peopleg Hospital of Shenzhen Longhua District, Shenzhen,China,from November 2016to October 2017.120children who received rountine physi- cal checkup served as controls.The expression of IL-17,IL-23,HMGB1and IgA in the serum of RV group was detected in both RV group and controls before and after treatment.Results Serum IL-17,IL-23,HMGBI and IgA levels in RV group were (209.5±51.25)pg/ml,(153.62±39.06)pg/ml,(37.25±1.32)μg/L and (7.16±1.64)g/L,which were significantly higher than in the control group,with the differences being statistically significant (t =7.903-10.928, P <0.05).In RV group,after treatment,IL-17,IL-23,HMGB1and IgA levels were (83.50±21.28)pg/ml,(64.57±22.65)pg/ml,(18.34±0.85)μg/L and (3.51±1.07)g/L, which were significantly lower than those before the treatment,with the differences being statistically significant (t =4.816-7.082,P <0.05).The post-treatment levels of IL-17,IL-23,HMGB1 and IgA in RV group were higher than those of the controls,but the difference was not statistically significant (t=1.032-1.715,P>0.05).Conclusion Serum IL-17,IL-23,HMGB1andIgA levels were significantly elevated in children with RV infection and they were significantly lowered during convalescence.They bore an intimate relationship with the development and outcome of RV infection.These indicators are of value in the research and development of anti-RV agent and the study of its pathogenesis.
