摘要
医疗不良事件报告制度是一种群体性纠错机制,是提升患者安全工作的重要途径。当前,国内尚未建立完善的医疗不良事件报告制度,缺乏全国统一的医疗不良事件上报系统。医疗不良事件上报后缺少应有的分析与必要的反馈,医疗不良事件上报系统的保密性设计不足,对医疗不良事件报告制度的管理有待强化。为切实提升医疗安全,国内应有针对性地完善医疗不良事件报告制度。
As a mass error correction mechanism,medical adverse event reporting system is the most important way to improve the safety of patients.At present,our country has not established a perfect medical adverse event reporting system,lack of a national system for reporting adverse medical events,lack of analysis and necessary feedback after reporting medical adverse events,the confidentiality design of the reporting system is insufficient and the management of the health administrative departments need to strengthen their control level.In order to improve medical safety,China should improve the reporting system of medical adverse events.
