摘要
从残疾人冰雪运动发展的视角下,对高等院校对我国残疾人冰雪运动发展中的效用展开探讨。认为当前我国存在着高等院校参与开展残疾人冰雪运动的院校较少、残疾人冰雪教育不足和残疾人冰雪运动开展不足等问题。提出提高社会对残疾人冰雪运动的认知,强化国家政策对残疾人冰雪运动的支持力度,拓展高等教育与残疾人冰雪运动的融合发展,提高残疾人文化与专业素养,丰富残疾人冰雪运动方式与种类,提高残疾人参与冰雪运动的自信心等对策,以此提高高等院校对我国残疾人冰雪运动发展的效用。
From the perspective of the development of ice and snow sports for disabled people,the discussion on the effective- ness of colleges and universities in the development of ice and snow sports for disabled people in China.It is believed that there are fewer colleges and universities in China,fewer colleges and universities for the implementation of ice and snow sports for the disabled,insufficient education for the disabled,and insufficient snow and ice sports for the disabled.Put for- ward the awareness of the society on the ice and snow sports for the disabled,and strengthen the support of national policies for the ice and snow sports for the disabled.To expand the integration of higher education and the ice and snow sports for the disabled,improve the culture and professionalism of the disabled,enrich the methods and types of ice and snow sports for the disabled,and improve the self -confidence of the disabled in ice and snow,so as to improve the institutions of higher learning for China.The effectiveness of the development of ice and snow sports for the disabled.
