摘要
转型升级是现阶段我国旅游产业可持续发展的必然选择。目前黑龙江省旅游产业转型升级存在着资源整合不足、基础设施落后、体制机制不畅、产业融合度低、支持保障体系不完善等问题。为此,特从全方位整合旅游资源、配套基础设施建设、创新旅游监管体制机制、实施"旅游+"战略、完善旅游保障体系等方面提出了全域旅游背景下旅游产业转型升级的相关建议,以期对黑龙江省旅游产业健康有序发展有所帮助。
Transformation and upgrading is the inevitable choice for sustainable development of China's tourism industry at the present stage.At present,Heilongjiang tourism industry transformation and upgrading is faced with such problems as insufficient resources integration,backward infrastructure,poor system and mechanism,low degree of industrial integration,and imperfect support and guarantee system.Therefore,from the comprehensive integration of tourism resources,supporting infrastructure construction,tourism supervision system and mechanism innovation,implement .the strategy of "travel +",perfect the system of tourism field was put forward suggestions under the background of tourism industry transformation and upgrading of related,in order to help the health development of the tourism industry in Heilongjiang province.
