摘要
资源枯竭型城市因资源枯竭导致下岗失业人员再就业创业的压力巨大,构建适应资源枯竭型城市转型发展的就业创业服务体系十分重要,意义深远。文章从资源枯竭型城市实际情况出发,提出了在政府主导下,在就业创业政策、培训、互联网平台服务、融资、社会中介支持、行业技术服务、创业环境建设等多方面,构建资源枯竭型城市开放式多层次的新型就业创业服务体系。
Resource-exhausted cities are under great pressure of reemployment of the laid-off resulted from depletion of resources.Therefore,it is very important to build an employment and entrepreneur service system adapting to the transformation and development of such cities.Based on the actual situation of resource-exhausted cities,the paper proposesto build an open new multi-level employment and entrepreneur service system under the leadership of the government,offering the services such as:employment and entrepreneurship policies,training,Internet platform services,financing,social intermediary support,industry technical services,and entrepreneurial environment construction.
