摘要
目的设立静脉输液治疗小组并进行静脉输液素质培训在护理风险管理中的价值分析。方法选取我科2017年3月至2017年5月接收的186例住院并静脉输液的患者设为对照组,2017年8月至2017年10月接收的200例住院并静脉输液的患者设为观察组,比较两组护理满意度以及不良事件发生率。结果观察组在环境护理、护理操作、健康宣教、服务态度四方面的满意度高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组在药物外渗、静脉炎、患者投诉和总体不良事件发生率均低于对照组,P<0.05。结论设立静脉输液治疗小组对静脉输液质量进行监管,能提高护理满意度,降低不良事件发生率。
Objective To analysis of the value of nursing risk management by setting intravenous infusion group.Methods 186 hospitalized patients received Intravenous infusion from March to May in 2017 were set as the controlgroup, and 200 patients received Intravenous infusion from august to October in 2017 as the observation group (withIV team intervention),comparing the nursing satisfaction and incidence of adverse events between two groups. ResultsObservation group is superior to control group on nursing satisfaction in environmental care, nursing procedures,disease-associated health education, service attitude(P<0.05); observation group has side effects in comparing drugexosmosis, phlebitis, patient complaints and overall adverse event incidence (P<0.05). Conclusion The establishmentof a hydrotherapy group to monitor infusion treatment management can reduce the incidence of adverse events andimprove the nursing satisfaction.
