摘要
目的探讨基于循证护理的护理干预在改善习惯性流产患者治疗依从性及护理满意度的应用效果。方法择取我院自2017年8月至2018年9月,总计110例,根据其入院顺序进行编号,并将奇数列为观察组,偶数列为对照组,给予对照组患者常规心理护理方式,观察组在对照组基础上给予循证护理措施,采用依从性问卷调查表,收集患者护理前后治疗依从性和心理状态数据,数据分析采用χ~2检验。结果观察组54例接受,1例放弃;对照组12例放弃,43例接受,观察组依从性显著优于对照组;观察组综合满意度为94.5%,显著高于对照组的81.8%,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论探讨基于循证护理的护理干预应用于习惯性流产患者妊娠后的护理过程中效果显著,能够有效提升治疗依从性,和护理满意度可作为针对习惯性流产的主流护理方案,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing intervention on improving the treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of patients with habitual abortion. Methods One hundred and ten patients from August, 2017 to September, 2018 in our hospital were selected and numbered according to their admission order. The odd number was listed as observation group and the even number as control group. The control group was given routine psychological nursing, and the observation group was given evidence-based nursing measures on the basis of the control group.The data of treatment compliance and mental state before and after nursing were collected by using compliance questionnaire. The data were analyzed by χ~2 tests. Results The observation group received 54 cases, 1 case abandoned; the control group 12 cases abandoned, 43 cases accepted, the observation group compliance was significantly better than the control group; the observation group comprehensive satisfaction was 94.5%, significantly higher than the control group 81.8%, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing intervention in the nursing process of patients with habitual abortion after pregnancy has a significant effect. It can effectively improve the treatment compliance, improve the quality of clinical nursing, and has a high degree of satisfaction. It can be used as the mainstream nursing program for habitual abortion and is worth promoting.
