摘要
目的研究腹腔镜手术治疗妇产科手术后异位妊娠的临床效果。方法随机选取2015年7月至2017年7月我院收治的异位妊娠患者共62例,采用双盲分组法,分为观察组与对照组,每组例数均等。观察组采用腹腔镜手术治疗,对照组采用开腹治疗。对两种手术方式的临床疗效进行对比观察。结果与对照组相比,在手术时间上,两组无明显差异(P>0.05),术后下床所需时间、肛门排气所需时间、住院所需时间、术中出血量观察组均明显较小(P<0.05);在术后并发症方面,观察组发生率明显较低(P<0.05)。结论妇产科手术后异位妊娠采用腹腔镜手术治疗成效显著,可有效改善手术指标,减少术后并发症的发生,有利于患者预后转归,值得临床推广。
Objective to study the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery on ectopic pregnancy after gynecological surgery. Methods a total of 62 cases of ectopic pregnancy were selected from July 2015 to July 2017 in our hospital, and the double-blind group method was divided into observation group and control group, and the number of cases in each group was equal. The observation group was treated with laparoscopic surgery and the control group was treated with open abdomen. The clinical effects of the two surgical methods were compared and observed. Results compared with the control group, there was no significant difference between the two groups during the operation time (P>0.05). The time required for bed after operation, the time required to exhaust the anus, the time required for hospitalization, and the amount of intraoperative hemorrhage were significantly smaller (P<0.05). In the postoperative complications, the incidence of observation group was significantly lower (P<0.05). Conclusion laparoscopic surgery for ectopic pregnancy after obstetrics and gynecology operation has remarkable effect, which can effectively improve the operative index, reduce postoperative complication and benefit the prognosis of patients, which is worthy of clinical popularization.
