摘要
为了确保电力资源持续稳定供应,增强区域电力系统调配能力,使其充分满足经济发展与社会生活的基本需求,以变电运行维护作为研究对象,着眼于区域电力系统运行特点,逐步明确了变电运行维护存在的问题。以此为基础,吸收过往有益经验,采取具有针对性的应对手段,以不断完善电力系统变电运行维护机制。
In order to ensure the continuous and stable supply .of power resources,the capacity of regional power system deployment is enhanced so that it can fully meet the basic needs of economic development and social life.Taking variable power operation maintenance as the research object,focusing on the characteristics of regional power system operation,the problems existing in variable power operation maintenance are gradually clarified.Based on this,we will absorb the beneficial experience of the past,adopt targeted countermeasures,and continuously improve the power system's power conversion operation and maintenance mechanism.
