摘要
随着信息技术的快速发展,人类的思维、生产、生活、学习方式发生着巨大的改变,也对图书馆的发展提出了更高的要求。以中外学者对图书馆社会功能研究的主要观点为切入点,从发展基础与原则、发展主体与动力、发展模式与方向等方面论述了新时代图书馆社会功能发展的主要内容,指出新时代图书馆要不断强化图书馆导向性、创造需求、享受性、消费性社会功能,建立图书馆、社会、政府三个层面的联动机制,促进图书馆社会功能创新发展。
With the rapid development of information technology,great changes have taken place in thinking, production,life and the learning style and higher requirements have been put forward for the development of libraries.Based on the main viewpoints of Chinese and foreign scholars on the study of the library's social functions,the paper discusses the main contents in the new era from the aspects of development basis and principle,development subject and motive force,development mode and direction,etc.It is pointed out that libraries in the new era should constantly strengthen the orientation of libraries,create social functions in demand,in enjoyment,and in consumption,establish the linkage mechanism among the library,the society and the government and promote the innovation and development of the library's social functions.
