电针不同时段对大鼠中枢cGMP含量的影响 被引量:13

Effect of electroacupuncture in different duration of time on the contents of cGMP in the central nervous system of rats

摘要 目的 :探讨针刺镇痛与中枢cGMP含量变化之间的关系。方法 :运用放射免疫分析法 (RIA)测定大鼠电针 15、30、4 5min后 ,中枢cGMP含量的变化。结果 :电针 15min大鼠端脑cGMP含量降低 ,电针 4 5min脑干含量升高 ,电针 30min端脑cGMP含量显著降低而脑干含量升高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,且痛域明显提高。结论 :实验结果初步证实 ,针刺镇痛以大约 Objective:To explore the relationship between acupuncture analgesia and the contents of cGMP of the rat brain.Methods:The contents of cGMP of rat brain after electroacupuncture(EA) for 1530 or 45 minutes were detected by radioimmunoassay(RIA).Results:The contents of cGMP in telecephalon after EA for 15 and 30 minutes were lowered and that in brain stem for 30 and 45 minutes were ascended remarkably(P<0 05) while the threshold of pain arises.Conclusions:The results show that the reasonable duration of time for acupuncture analgesia probably is 30 minutes.
