摘要
用血清药理实验方法观察了补阳还五汤药物血清对氧自由基（ＯｘｙｇｅｎＦｒｅｅＲａｄｉｃａｌ，ＯＦＲ）损伤的血管内皮细胞（ＶａｓｃｕｌａｒＥｎｄｏｔｈｅｌｉａｌＣｅｌ，ＶＥＣ）的保护作用。实验结果表明药物血清能够提高正常或损伤的ＶＥＣ增殖活力，减少ＭＤＡ的产生，使细胞分泌ＰＧＩ２、ＥＴ－１功能趋于正常。
By serum pharmacological testing method,we studied the serums obtained from rats treated orally with Buyanghuanwu Tang (BYHWT) protected the cultured vascular endothelial cells(VEC) from the damage of oxygen free radical(OFR).The results showed that the drug serum could improve the viability of normal or OFR injured cells,decrease the output of MDA and regulate the excretion of PGI 2 and ET 1.There was no dose effect relationship found.The drug serums had no significant difference from VitE serum about these effects.
