摘要
国产马面鱼屯鱼油的ｎ－３多烯脂肪酸（ｎ－３ＰＵＦＡｓ）于１～３ｇ／Ｌ浓度能抑制ＡＡ、ＡＤＰ诱导的兔血小板聚集性，ｉｇ０．１５ｇ／ｋｇ能抑制大鼠体外血栓形成，并增加大鼠血浆６－ｋｅｔｏ－ＰＧＦ１α含量，提高６－ｋｅｔｏ－ＰＧＦ１α／ＴＸＢ２比值。
The effects of n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (n-3 PUFAs) on rabbit platelet aggregation, extrinsic thrombosis of rat, 6-keto-prostaglandin F 1α (6-keto-PGF 1α ) and thromboxane B2 (TXB 2) level in rat plasma, and 6-keto-PGF 1α /TXB 2 ratiowere studied with the optical density method of Born, Chandler method and radioimmunoassay.The results showed that:(1)n-3 PUFAs inhibited rabbit platelet aggregation induced by AA or ADP and extrinsic thromb-osis of rat in a dose-dependent manner in vitro.(2) n-3 PUFAs increased 6-keto-PG F 1α level in rat plasma and elevated 6-keto-PGF 1α /TXB 2 ratio.It was suggested that n-3 PUFAs is effect-ive in preventing atherosclerosis and coronary heart disease.
