摘要
为防止染色过程中容易造成染料沉淀所带来的质量问题 ,对 PET/ CDP双组分织物采用分散 /阳离子染料一浴一步法染色技术 ,取代了二浴法或一浴二步法染色。对 PET/ CDP分子结构、染色特性、染色条件、染整工艺进行了讨论。实践证明 ,一浴一步法双染 ,其应用技术安全可行 。
Disperse/ cationic dyes were used to dye PET/CDP mixtures with one bath, one stage approach instead of two bath or one bath, two stage approach to overcome the dyestuff precipitation. The molecular structure of PET/CDP, dyeing properties, dyeing condition and dyeing process were introduced. The practice demonstrated that the new approach is safe, technique feasible and cost saved.
