摘要
打击违法运输木材是林政资源管理的重点和难点。通过对违法运输木材的现状和危害的表述 ,进一步分析了其产生的经济和社会原因。最后提出了制止违法运输木材的建议 ,供决策部门参考。
The most important and difficult task to the Forest Policy Administration is to strike illegal timber transport.The current situation and the harms are described,and economic and social reasons are analysed in this article therefore,some proposals to stop the illgeal timber transport are given for the authority reference.
