摘要
通过对柞蚕蛹营养成份的分析及比较 ,进行了营养的评价。结果显示 ,柞蚕蛹含有人体所需蛋白质、脂肪及重要的矿物质元素。其中每kg柞蚕蛹可为人体提供 137.80 g蛋白质、67.80 g脂肪及必需的硒、锌等微量矿物质元素 ,是理想的食品蛋白源。
The nutrition of oak silkworm pupae was analysed and compared. The results shows that the oak silkworm pupa contains the necessary protein, fat and important minor elements for human body. One kilogram of oak silkworm pupae can provide 137.80g protein, 67.80g fat and essential microelements, such as selenium, zinc, etc., for human body
