摘要
在20具成人尸体标本腰段脊柱（男、女各半）的正中矢状断面，观测了腰椎间隙，其结果为：椎体间间隙的高度、前缘为8．90～11．65mm，中份为8．97～11．15mm，后缘为5．08～7．94mm；椎间孔的高度为12．30～14．40mm，宽度为6．82～7．90mm。以上对腰椎间隙的定量研究，为腰部病变的影像学诊断及治疗提供了解剖学依据。
The lumbar vertebral space was studied in the mellian sagittal section of the lumbar ver-tebral column in 20 adult cadavers (male 10, female 10). The results showed: the hight of the intervertebral body'S space was 8. 90～ 11.65mm in the anterior border; 8. 97～ 11. 65mm in the middle; 5. O8～7. 94mm in the posterior border. The intervertebral foramen was 12. 30～14. 40mm in height, 6. 82～7. 90mm in width. The results of quantitative analysis 0f the lumbar vertebral space may provide anatomical basis for the clinical imaging diagnosis.
