人肌腱袖肌群的构筑学研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文的目的是了解肌腱袖肌群的构筑特点、功能及其临床意义。对10侧人肌腱袖诸肌进行了构筑学研究。结果表明:冈上肌是环羽肌,其生理横切面积与肌重的比率显著大于其余三肌(p<0.05),作者推测冈上肌在人类是一块处于进化状态的上肢带肌。肩胛下肌是由5~7个羽构成的多羽肌,冈下肌与小圆肌为羽肌,以上三肌的生理横切面积之和比冈上肌和三角肌的生理横切面积之和更大。这充分说明人类肩关节运动中协同肌群的重要性。本文讨论了肌腱袖肌群的临床意义。 The purpose of this paper is to investigate the architectural character of the rotator cuff muscles,and their functional and clinical significance.The rotator cuff muscles were studied in five cadavers.The results showed that the suprosinatus was a circumpennate muscle,lt had a significantly higher ratio of cross-sectional area/muscle weight than that of other three muscles.The authors suggested that the human 5upraspinats was a shoulder muscle of progressive evolution.The 6ubscapularis was a multipennate muscle and was composed of five to seven pennates.Both infrapinatus and teres minor were pennnate muscles.The total cross-sectional area of three muscles mentioned above was much higher than those of the supraspinatus plus the deltoid.These data indicated clearly the importance of the synergist muuscle in movement of the shoulder joint in human being.The clinical value of the rotator cuff muscles was also disscussed.
