摘要
随着我国石油天然气勘探开发正在向环境更加恶劣和地质条件更加复杂的沙漠、高原山区、深海、沼泽、丛林等地区推进 ,因此对石油装备的工作性能、技术水平提出更高的要求。必须广泛采用计算机仿真技术 ,才能研制出满足石油天然气勘探开发高要求的新型石油装备。文章着重介绍了计算机仿真技术的发展概况、主要特点 ,利用计算机仿真技术实现了对钻井系统动力学的分析研究和对宝鸡石油机械厂开发DQ - 6 0 0Y顶驱动力水龙头的结构仿真分析。
Oil and gas exploration and development in China are successively entering into these territories, such as desert, plateau, mountain land, deep sea, marsh and jungle, etc., where the environment is much worse and geological conditions are much complicated, therefore a much higher demand for the working performance and technical competence of oil equipment is put forward. Only the computer simulating technique is widely adopted, can the novel oil equipment be developed to meet the nedds of oil and gas exploration and development. The progress situation of the computer simulating technique and its major behaviours are emphatically introduced in the paper. The analysis and research on the drilling system dynamics and the simulating analysis of the structure of the top-drive power swivel DQ-600Y developed by Baoji Petroleum Machinery Factory were realized by use of the computer simulating technique.
