摘要
分析了余热锅炉热效率不高的主要原因 ,通过采用相应措施 ,如改变炉底排灰形式 ,炉体加钢护板 ,选用新型的伸缩吹灰器 ,提高烟速等措施。提高了热效率 ,解决了余热锅炉热效率低的问题。
The affection factors on thermal efficiency are analyzed.Some measures,such as changing the mode of exhausting ash,adding armor plate on stove body.selecting new flexible equipment to blow off ash,increase the velocity of waste gas and so on ,are taken into improve thermal efficiency.
