摘要
介绍某维修测试台编码显示器的设计及模块电路的应用 ,采用高集成化电路完成该维修测试台轴角编码显示的功能 ,不但缩小了体积 ,比用分离元器件设计的电路器件数减少了 90 %左右 ,且给电路的设计、加工、调试等带来了很大的方便 ,改善了电路的可维修性 。
This article introduces the design of shaft angle encoder in a maintenance test bench and its modular circuits. Using integrated circuits to perform the display of shaft angle data, this indicator features smaller size and reduced number of elements, 90% less than the discrete circuit has. These features not only greatly facilitate the circuit design, processing and test but also improve its maintainability and reliability.
