摘要
目的:观察国产抗凝血酶Ⅲ(AT-Ⅲ)对家兔静脉血栓形成的预防作用。方法:家兔随机分为生理盐水对照组和AT-Ⅲ不同剂量组,以下腔静脉结扎法制备血栓模型,6小时后测形成的血栓长度、湿重和干重。结果:生理盐水对照组下腔静脉内形成的血栓长度为10.20±1.69 mm,湿重为41.43±5.09 mg.干重为10.20±1.69mm;小剂量AT-Ⅲ对静脉血栓形成并无明显作用;但随着AT-Ⅲ剂量的增大,静脉内形成的血栓长度逐渐缩短,血栓湿重与干重逐渐减轻,量-效关系明显(r值分别为-0.957、-0.978和-0.992,P<0.01)。结论:大剂量AT-Ⅲ具有较好的预防静脉血栓形成的作用。
Objective: To evaluate the preventive effects of antithrombin-Ⅲ(AT-Ⅲ) on experimental thrombosis in rabbits. Methods: Rabbits were at random divided into the control and AT-Ⅲ groups. After the injection of normal saline or AT-Ⅲ, experimental thrombosis models were induced by ligation of inferior vena cava. The thrombi were taken out and the length, wet weight and dry weights were determined. Re suits: In contrast with those of the controls, low dose of AT-Ⅲ had no markedly inhibitory effect on thrombosis, when the dosage of AT-Ⅲ increased, the length of venous thrombi became shorter, the weights of wet and dry thrombi became lighter, and the preventive effects were remarkably in dose-dependent fashion(r=-0.957, -0.978, -0.992 respectively, P < 0. 01). Conclusion: AT-Ⅲ can markedly inhibit the venous thrombosis.
