摘要
用溶胶 -凝胶法制备纳米TiO2 粉晶。用X射线粉末衍射 (XRD)对不同温度热处理的系列粉末进行了研究 ,结果表明用溶胶 -凝胶法制备的TiO2
The nanometer TiO 2 powders are prepared by sol gel method this paper.A.series of powders of heat treatment under different temperature are studied by XRD,the result shows that the transformation temperature which the nanocrystalline TiO 2 powders are obtained by Sol Gel Method is related to gel time.
