摘要
从酸橙(Citrus aurantium L.)花的乙醇提取物中分离并鉴定了11个化合物,分别为:新橙皮甙(Ⅰ)、辛弗林(Ⅱ)、5,8-表双氧麦角甾-6,22-二烯-3β-醇(Ⅲ)、腺苷(Ⅳ)、天门冬素(Ⅴ)、酪氨酸(Ⅵ)、缬氨酸(Ⅶ)、异亮氨酸(Ⅷ)、丙氨酸(Ⅸ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅹ)和β-胡萝卜甙(Ⅺ)。其中,化合Ⅲ～Ⅸ为首次从该植物中分得,化合物Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ为首次从柑橘属植物中分得。
The chemical constituents from the flower of Citrus aurantium were studied. 11 compounds were isolated and identified including neohesperidinⅠ) ,synephrin(Ⅱ) ,5,8-epidioxyergosta-6,22-dien-3β-ol(Ⅲ) ,adenosine(Ⅳ) ,asparagine(Ⅴ),tyrosine(Ⅵ) ,valine(Ⅶ), isoleucine(Ⅶ), alanine(Ⅸ), β-sitosterol(Ⅹ) and β-daucosterol(Ⅺ).
